Super Sets (AM)
This brand new camp will cover age appropriate skill development fundamentals through 2 week, skill specific sessions.
Age 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 players.
In Season Elite (PM)
This program offers weekly on ice skill development to ensure top personal performance throughout the season. This program is intended for players invested in their on going personal skills growth and who have goals of making it to the next level.
U15 & U18
Battle Speed Agility (AM)
This program will focus on agility, battle and compete throughout the sessions.
Competition based drills will be used to reinforce compete level.

Summer Programs
Summer On Ice Training
Continuous on ice training during the off season, for players focused on improving their individual skill level.
These ice sessions will cover all aspects of play from power skating, shooting, small area game play, agility, quickness, stick handling, puck control, puck protection and more.
Elite Spring/Summer Training
The elite summer training is for the ‘SERIOUS’ athlete that is looking for effective training for the off- season, who is willing to commit time and effort into their off season development.
Summer Camps
All of our summer camps unless otherwise stated, include 2 ice sessions per day, 1 hour of dry land training and daily hockey IQ.
Groups will be scheduled efficiently so there is very little down time.
Camps are fast paced and are scheduled to get maximum use out of the time players are with us.
AA Prep Skates
Fast paced on ice sessions intended for players who are attending AA tryouts!
These on ice sessions will be set at game speed and will focus on quickness and conditioning for some timely, intense skates before the upcoming tryouts!

Midget AAA, Junior, College and Pro Private Training and Gym (NEW)
This program is offered to any player looking for a private gym to train in during the off- season, sessions are an elite open gym setting.
Players will be offered designated training times 5 days per week to attend.
U15 High Performance On and Off Ice Training (NEW)
The High Performance program is for any U15 player wanting to improve their individual skills during the off season. All aspects of skill development relevant to game play will be covered during the training period with intentional speed and intensity increased throughout.
