Girls Only Elite Summer Training Program
The Elite Summer Training is for the ‘SERIOUS’ athlete that is looking for effective training for the off-season. Our athletes’ head back into the season stronger, faster and more confident from the training they receive at Serious Academy of Hockey. Many of our players went back to their teams and tested at the top percentile in their fall camps.
We combine on and off ice training and our programs are designed to build strength, conditioning, endurance, core stability, injury prevention and overall speed.
Our on ice training is fast paced with skills being taught at ‘game speed’ so that there is maximum individual skill development throughout the training period. This training is all done in a positive atmosphere with our highly qualified trainers and coaching staff.
