Midget AAA, Junior, College, and Pro Private Training and Gym

Private Training

This program is offered to any player looking for a private gym to train in during the off- season, sessions are an elite open gym setting. 

Players will be offered designated training times 5 days per week to attend.

Once players are registered in the program our staff will be as flexible as possible to make sure all players are able to fit in all workouts. Alternate times can be set up to make up any missed sessions due to schedule conflicts.

How it works

Option #1

Players attend the designated training times to complete their own workout previously provided to them from their team trainer or other sources. 

Option #2

Players attend an individualized assessment. Our trainers will create a 100% individualized ongoing training program for each player to meet each player’s goals and requirements. Athletes will use the training times to complete their training programs. 

One of our trainers will be on hand during all of these sessions to observe and assist as required.

This program will be offered April through August. Players who return home from their season earlier can contact us for early access.
