CANCELLATION POLICY
Camp cancellations will be accepted until 30 days before the start date. Each camp cancellation is subject to a $75 administration fee, or the option of receiving a full credit towards future training, with no expiration. Refunds will be processed back to the customers by e transfer.
There will be no refunds issued for camps after the 30 day period. There are no exceptions to this policy. Credit towards future training may be provided for a player that cancels after the 30 day period due to medical reasons only.
Credit is not offered once the program has started. There may be consideration given for make up sessions if space is available.
