Competitive Edge Power Skating

This brand new camp will include 9 on ice sessions focused on stride mechanics, overspeed training, end to end speed, proper technique, tight turns and crossovers,edge control, posture, balance, vision and reaction skills and lots more.

Each player will receive an individual video analysis of their skating abilities. Our instructor will have a one on one meeting with the player after reviewing player footage and offer constructive feedback on the player’s technique and area of weakness to assist players in mastering their stride mechanics for increased efficiency, power, control and overall skill.

This group will have a maximum of 12 players.

One on one meetings will be booked separately from the scheduled ice times.
