2023 Summer On Ice Training

Continuous on ice training during the off season, for players focused on improving their individual skill level. These ice sessions will cover all aspects of play from power skating, shooting, small area game play, agility, quickness, stick handling, puck control, puck protection and more. Throughout the training there will be a focus on strong skating skills. Once the skills/drills are mastered speed and intensity will be increased.

Please contact SAH for one day per week option/pricing.

Registered players will be offered make up sessions throughout the training period for any missed sessions.
